University Health Associates (UHA) recently announced updates to its Board of Directors.
Brian Dilcher, MD, Department of Emergency Medicine, has been elected to a two-year term on the Board. He joins re-elected physicians Hannah Hazard-Jenkins, MD, Department of Surgery; Nathan Lerfald, MD, Department of Medicine; and Kathy Moffett, MD, Department of Pediatrics. Their terms will run from July 2025 through June 2027.
Continuing to fulfill their terms on the Board are Colleen Beatty, MD, Department of Dermatology; Taylor Troischt, MD, Department of Pediatrics; Christopher Goode, MD, FACEP, Department of Emergency Medicine; Jeffrey Lancaster, MD, Department of Pediatrics; and Arif Sarwari, MD, MSc, MBA, Department of Medicine. Additional members from the Eastern Division include Michael Ang-Rabanes, MD, and Richard Ward, MD. Ex-officio members include Michael Edmond, MD; Clay Marsh, MD; Michael Londner, MD; and Richard “Tom” Thomas, MD.

UHA is the business name for the WVU Medical Corporation, a private, not-for-profit corporation composed of faculty members of the WVU School of Medicine. The WVU Medical Corporation is West Virginia’s largest multi-specialty physician practice.
UHA also operates faculty clinics around the state and region, and provides support to faculty members who practice at a number of West Virginia hospitals.
